Ben je klantgericht en houd je van adviseren?

Als toonbankverkoper ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten, installateurs en doe‑het‑zelvers die onderdelen zoeken voor verwarming, sanitair en hernieuwbare energie. Je geeft deskundig advies aan de toonbank, helpt klanten snel verder en zorgt voor een vlotte verkoopervaring.

Je begeleidt klanten bij het kiezen van de juiste onderdelen, legt technische verschillen helder uit en denkt mee over oplossingen. Bestellingen verwerk je nauwkeurig in ons computersysteem, zodat alles correct geregistreerd en opgevolgd wordt.

Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat onze winkelruimte altijd netjes aangevuld is. Dankzij jou vinden klanten meteen wat ze nodig hebben, omdat de rekken up‑to‑date en overzichtelijk blijven.

Profiel Technisch sterk

Je hebt een technische opleiding (bijv. elektromechanica, klimatisatie, HVAC) of relevante ervaring. Kennis van verwarmingssystemen, onderdelen en installatiemateriaal is een grote troef.

Commercieel ingesteld

Je bent klantgericht, spreekt klanten spontaan aan en geeft advies op een duidelijke, vriendelijke manier. Acties en promoties breng je actief onder de aandacht.

Ervaring in de sector

Ervaring als toonbankverkoper is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Heb je gewerkt als verwarmingsinstallateur en wil je de overstap maken naar een commerciële functie? Dan ben je zeker welkom.

Polyvalent & hands‑on

Je voelt je thuis achter de computer én tussen de rekken. Een heftruckcertificaat is een pluspunt. Heb je dat nog niet, dan kan je het bij ons behalen.
