Als technisch klantenadviseur ligt je dagelijkse werk vooral op klantencontact, naast fysiek contact zal er hier ook veel telefonisch en per mail klantencontact bij aan te pas komen, hiernaast ook aangevuld offertewerk en agendaplanning.

  • Je begeleid klanten in de toonzaal
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten telefonisch en per mail.
  • Je maakt offertes op en volgt deze administratief mee op.
  • Je plant de agenda in van de salesmedewerkers die op de baan zijn.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op in de toonzaal en ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking daar.
  • Je werkweek loopt van dinsdag tot zaterdag

Voor deze vacature zijn we op zoek naar een iemand die vlot de behoeften van klanten analyseert en met de juiste technische kennis gericht advies kan verlenen:

  • Je hebt een eerste technische kennis om klanten gericht te adviseren.
  • Je hebt commercieel talent en een duidelijke salesmentaliteit.
  • Je kunt planningen nauwkeurig opvolgen.
  • Je kunt de behoeften van klanten analyseren, stelt hen op hun gemak en helpt hen professioneel verder.

Iemand die klantvriendelijk en verantwoordelijk is, vlot contact legt en spontaan op klanten afstapt. Iemand die helder en doelgericht communiceert, een natuurlijk gevoel heeft voor verkoop en tegelijk sterk geïnteresseerd is in de technische kant van producten. Je werkt graag vanuit klanttevredenheid, blijft professioneel in je aanpak en zorgt er ook administratief voor dat alles correct en zorgvuldig verloopt.
