Ben jij gepassioneerd door tuinen en buitenaanleg? Heb je graag contact met mensen en help je klanten graag bij het realiseren van hun droomtuin? Dan is deze functie in een toonaangevende bouw- en tuinexpo in Peer iets voor jou!

Als Toonzaalmedewerker Tuin ben jij hét gezicht van de tuinafdeling. Je begeleidt zowel particuliere klanten als aannemers en adviseert hen professioneel over een uitgebreide collectie tuinmaterialen.

In deze functie combineer je commercieel inzicht met technische kennis. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de toonzaal en zorgt ervoor dat elk tuinproject vlot, correct en naar wens wordt uitgevoerd.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van aankoop, magazijn, administratie en transport, zodat offertes, bestellingen en leveringen perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Daarnaast maak je zelfstandig calculaties en prijsberekeningen om klanten optimaal te adviseren.

Takenpakket:

  • Klanten adviseren over tuinmaterialen zoals klinkers, tegels, boordstenen, afsluitingen en meer
  • Begeleiden van klanten van eerste contact tot bestelling
  • Opmaken van offertes en zelfstandig calculaties uitvoeren
  • Bepalen van materiaalbehoeften en hoeveelheden
  • Opvolgen van offertes en bestellingen
  • Samenwerken met collega's van aankoop, magazijn, administratie en transport
  • Zorgen voor een verzorgde, aantrekkelijke en goed georganiseerde toonzaal
  • Je hebt affiniteit met tuinmaterialen en buitenaanleg
  • Je werkt commercieel en klantgericht
  • Je kan zelfstandig calculaties en prijsberekeningen maken
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Je communiceert vlot met particulieren én professionele klanten
  • Ervaring in een verkoop- of adviesfunctie is een plus
  • Kennis van calculatieprogramma's of ERP-systemen is een troef
