Als toonzaalverkoper begeleid je klanten in onze showroom van eerste ontvangst tot aankoop.

Je luistert naar hun wensen, geeft helder advies over materialen, afwerking en budget, en vertaalt dit naar een passend voorstel met stalen en 3D-/visualisaties waar nodig.

Je bewaakt een verzorgde, inspirerende toonzaal, volgt leads op in het CRM en zorgt voor een vlotte offerte- en orderopvolging tot en met planning/levering.

Met jouw passie voor interieur en vormgeving maak je van elk bezoek een beleving en bouw je aan duurzame klantenrelaties.

Jouw taken

  • Klanten professioneel onthalen, behoefteanalyse doen en advies op maat geven.
  • Offertes uitwerken, varianten toelichten en duidelijke afspraken vastleggen.
  • Actieve opvolging van offertes & leads; accurate input in CRM.
  • Showroompresentatie op topniveau houden (styling, prijsaanduiding, voorraadstalen).
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van aankoop, planning en plaatsing voor een feilloze uitvoering.
  • Commercieel talent met aantoonbare affiniteit voor interieur, vormgeving en materialen.
  • Sterke luister- en adviesvaardigheden; je vertaalt wensen naar een helder en eerlijk voorstel.
  • Vlot met offertes, orderopvolging en CRM; je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Representatief, klantvriendelijk en resultaatgericht; je neemt initiatief en sluit afspraken correct af.
  • Beschikbaar op zaterdag (en eventueel koopzondagen of avondopening volgens planning).
  • Talenkennis: vlot Nederlands; Frans/Engels is een plus.
