Als commercieel technisch adviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten voor alles met betrekking tot het verwarmen met houtkachels en exclusieve haarden. Je luistert naar onze klant en bepaalt wat zijn specifieke noden en behoeften zijn. Je stelt het ideale toestel voor op basis van zijn verwachtingen en budget. Kortom je begeleidt onze klanten, installateurs en eindgebruikers, van a tot z doorheen heel het verkoopsproces met technische kennis en esthetisch advies.

Op basis van jouw gedegen kennis verworven tijdens onze doorgedreven opleiding maak je een gepaste offerte die je opcommerciële wijze afrondt tot een order.

Functie:

• Klanten vakkundig adviseren bij de keuze van hun toekomstige haard

• Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor alle mogelijke vragen van bestaande en potentiële nieuwe klanten inzake verkoop kachels en inbouwhaarden

• Opmaken van offertes en afsluiten van verkoopcontracten

• Instaan voor een vlekkeloze pre- en post-verkoop dienstverlening

Jouw Profiel:

• technische achtergrond (door studie of ervaring) met voorkeur van haarden en kachels en het plaatsen daarvan

• klantgericht, communicatief, resultaatgericht

• initiatiefrijk

• administratief onderbouwd

• autonoom werken is geen probleem

• positieve uitstraling, dynamisch en flexibel

• een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kan functioneren in een klein team

• in het bezit van een wagen en rijbewijs B
