Onder meer in de vorm pleegzorg. Dit houdt in dat als kinderen niet meer thuis kunnen wonen, pleeggezinnen (tijdelijk) hun wereld voor hen openen. Zowel in voltijd als deeltijd. Wat je gaat doen als TOP (ThuisOrthoPedagoog) Professional Omdat jij hart hebt voor jeugdzorg geef jij vanuit een heldere inhoudelijke visie intensieve, specialistische behandelingen aan gezinnen met als doel in relatief korte tijd gedragsveranderingen te bereiken. Praktisch komt dit erop neer dat jij: - Hulpvragen van kinderen en gezinnen analyseert en hen thuis (eventueel individueel) behandelt via in eerste instantie de Kort-maar-Krachtig-module en middels Integratief Opvoeden; - Observatiediagnostiek, en indien nodig handelingsgerichte diagnostiek, bij kinderen uitvoert; - Tijdens lastige gezinsmomenten via life coaching aanstuurt op verandering van gezinsrelaties. Dit vraagt onregelmatigheid en flexibiliteit in je week; - Cliëntdossiers bewaakt/bijhoudt en rapporteert over (de voortgang en effecten van) de hulpverlening en dit met betrokkenen bespreekt; - Contact onderhoudt met casemanagers en/of andere bij het kind/gezin betrokken hulpverleners (om de begeleiding/behandeling op elkaar af te stemmen).
