Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende en afwisselende job als productieoperator in de chemische sector? Als operator chemische processen speel je een sleutelrol in het vlotte verloop van onze productie. Je werkt in een team dat dagelijks pigmenten en harsen produceert die wereldwijd gebruikt worden in o.a. kunststoffen, inkten, coatings en cosmetica. Je krijgt de kans om te werken met de nieuwste technologieën in een gloednieuw Resin Centre of Excellence.

Op een doorsnee werkdag ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afwegen van grondstoffen, het vullen van ketels en het instellen van parameters. Je start chemische processen op, volgt deze nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Ook het uitvoeren van testen en kwaliteitscontroles horen bij je takenpakket. Veiligheid, orde en netheid staan centraal in alles wat je doet. Je werkt in een ploegensysteem (ochtend- en middagploegen, sporadisch nachten) en je bent flexibel inzetbaar.

  • Technisch inzicht en gezond verstand
  • Technisch middelbaar diploma is een plus, maar geen must
  • Stabiele ervaring in een industriële onderneming, bij voorkeur in de chemie
  • Bereidheid tot werken in 2 ploegen (afwisselend ochtend/middag), sporadisch nachten
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, basiskennis Engels is een plus
  • Heftruckervaring (met of zonder attest)
  • Fysieke werkmentaliteit, zelfstandig en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Sterk in orde, netheid, veiligheid en milieubewustzijn
  • Flexibel en aanpassingsvermogen
  • Bereid te starten via interimcontract, met uitzicht op vast werk
