Dat kan bij Sjenkels Atelier Den Haag! Educatie Bij Sjenkels krijg je de vrijheid om te blijven groeien en te ontwikkelen. We hebben een uitgebreid aanbod aan kwalitatieve trainingen op het gebied van knippen, kleuren en stylen, maar bijvoorbeeld ook op het gebied van social media! Wil jij doorgroeien richting Art Director, trainer, bedrijfsleider of misschien wil je wel ooit jouw eigen Sjenkels-salon? Wij denken met je mee. Laat je daarnaast inspireren door jouw collega's in het Sjenkels Creative Team, die met elkaar de Sjenkels-Collectie maken, of doe mee aan de Coiffure Awards. WERKZAAMHEDEN Als Topstylist werk je volledig zelfstandig, met veel ruimte voor creativiteit en verdieping. Je bent een specialist in je vak en weet hoe je klanten echt blij maakt. Tegelijkertijd draag je ook bij aan het team zoals het coachen van je collega's en denk je mee over het ontwikkelen van de salon. Dit zijn onder andere jouw werkzaamheden als Topstylist in de salon: - Volledig zelfstandig uitvoeren van (complexe) knip-, kleur- en stylingbehandelingen - Een trouwe klantenkring bouwen en onderhouden - Professioneel en creatief advies geven op het gebied van behandelingen en productverkoop - Begeleiden/coachen van collega's bij hun werk en aan hen overdragen van (nieuwe) kennis en - vaktechnische vaardigheden - Kwaliteitszorg in de salon, inclusief handhaving van ARBO-regels - Samenstellen en corrigeren van kleuren - Voorbereiden van trainingsmomenten en opstellen van trainingsschema's - Aanspreekpunt bij vaktechnische vraagstukken - Werken met ook vernieuwende looks Over Sjenkels Bij Sjenkels knippen we geen haar, we maken mensen mooier.
