Vous souhaitez mettre votre expertise de tourneur(se) CNC 5 axes au service d’un environnement technique et innovant ? En tant que professionnel(le) expérimenté(e), vous intégrerez une équipe passionnée travaillant sur des machines Mazak de dernière génération, pour la production de séries moyennes à grandes (100 à 1000 pièces) destinées à des secteurs industriels de pointe. Vous serez responsable de la programmation, du réglage et de l’usinage sur machines CNC 5 axes, tout en garantissant la qualité irréprochable des pièces produites.

Au quotidien, vous lirez et interpréterez des plans techniques, réaliserez les paramétrages nécessaires, optimiserez les outils et surveillerez la production pour assurer régularité et précision. Le contrôle qualité fait partie intégrante de votre mission : vérification des dimensions, tolérances, et réalisation de la maintenance de premier niveau. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues dans une ambiance dynamique, en système de 3 pauses.

  • Expérience confirmée comme tourneur(se) CNC 5 axes, idéalement en programmation
  • Maîtrise indispensable du langage Mazak
  • Habitude de travailler sur des séries de 100 à 1000 pièces
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens aigu de la précision
  • Esprit d’équipe et volonté d’évoluer techniquement
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en système 3 pauses
  • Formation secondaire inférieure ou supérieure, ou diplôme de type graduat
  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, niveau de carrière intermédiaire ou confirmé
