Rejoignez l’un de nos clients en tant que tourneur CNC et contribuez à la fabrication précise de pièces techniques essentielles.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez en charge de l’usinage de pièces sur tours numériques en suivant rigoureusement les plans et instructions.

Vous veillerez à la qualité des pièces produites et assurerez la maintenance des outils pour garantir la conformité aux exigences et la satisfaction des clients.

  • Usiner des pièces sur tours Mazak Chapes, Mazak Bielles et Tubes Turning selon les plans techniques
  • Monter, régler et ajuster avec précision les outils de coupe - Contrôler la qualité des pièces à l’aide d’instruments de mesure adaptés
  • Identifier et isoler les pièces non conformes - Surveiller l’usure des outils et intervenir de manière proactive
  • Rectifier les pièces provenant d’autres postes d’usinage si nécessaire
  • Conduire de manière autonome un ou plusieurs tours CNC
  • Mesurer les tolérances dimensionnelles, géométriques, d’état de surface et de position
  • Produire le volume de pièces attendu dans le respect des délais
  • Appliquer les consignes du système de management environnemental ISO 14001
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité et les consignes environnementales en vigueur
