Voor onze klant, een gespecialiseerd bedrijf actief in telecominstallaties en gsm-infrastructuur, zoeken we gemotiveerde Touwtechniekers die over heel België aan de slag gaan.

Dit mobiel team zorgt voor de installatie, vervanging en het onderhoud van gsm-infrastructuur bij grote operatoren. Geen standaardjob achter een bureau, maar een functie voor doeners met lef, technisch inzicht en geen hoogtevrees.

Als Touwtechnieker werk je dagelijks op hoogte aan de uitbouw en vernieuwing van mobiele netwerken. Je installeert antennes, vervangt apparatuur en werkt aan projecten verspreid over het hele land. Variatie, zelfstandigheid en technische uitdaging zijn jouw dagelijkse kompas.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je speelt een cruciale rol in de uitbouw van de telecominfrastructuur in België:

  • Je installeert en vervangt gsm-antennes en telecomapparatuur op verschillende locaties
  • Je plaatst en sluit hardware en bekabeling aan op masten en andere constructies
  • Je demonteert bestaande installaties en werkt mee aan de vernieuwing van sites
  • Je werkt op hoogte, typisch tussen 25 en 40 meter, uitzonderlijk hoger
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen en werkt volgens specificaties
  • Je werkt aan projecten over heel België en reist naar verschillende regio's
  • Je bent actief op sites van grote telecomoperatoren en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van mobiele netwerken
  • Je werkt zelfstandig volgens de regels van de kunst, maar kan altijd rekenen op je team
  • Je respecteert alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en gebruikt de juiste beschermingsmiddelen
  • Je beheert je werkmateriaal en camionette zorgvuldig en rapporteert eventuele problemen

Veiligheid is niet-onderhandelbaar: Je werkt dagelijks op grote hoogte. Veiligheid staat altijd voorop en je volgt de procedures strikt, zonder uitzonderingen.

  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees en vindt het werken op masten geen probleem - dit is essentieel
  • Je bent technisch handig en leert snel nieuwe technieken bij
  • Je hebt ervaring in telecom, elektriciteit of technische installaties - dit is een sterke troef
  • Je bent bereid om over heel België te werken en plant je week flexibel in
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels voor communicatie met klanten en collega's
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je projecten
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en precies - fouten hebben directe impact op netwerkprestaties
  • Je bent fysiek belastbaar en kan omgaan met werken op hoogte en buitenwerk
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B om jezelf met de bedrijfscamionette te verplaatsen
  • Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met wisselende werklocaties
  • Veiligheidsbewustzijn zit verankerd in alles wat je doet
  • Je bent een teamspeler die open communiceert met collega's
  • Je hebt probleemoplossend vermogen en kan ter plaatse technische uitdagingen aanpakken
