The posting

Greenyard Frozen is een wereldleider in diepvriesgroenten en -fruit. Om onze technische organisatie verder te versterken, zoeken we een TPM & Reliability Engineer die mee bouwt aan betrouwbare installaties, efficiënt onderhoud en een sterke samenwerking tussen techniek en productie.

Deze functie maakt deel uit van een meerjarig veranderingstraject. Je leert eerst onze installaties, processen en organisatie grondig kennen. Daarna groei je verder in een gecombineerde rol als Reliability Engineer en TPM Technical Lead.

Jouw taken

  • Je ondersteunt de verdere uitrol van Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) binnen operations.
  • Je coacht en traint techniekers en operatoren in autonoom, preventief en proactief onderhoud.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert onze assets en onderhoudsplannen in het CMMS.
  • Je werkt onderhoudsstrategieën en kritikaliteitsanalyses voor installaties en spare parts uit.
  • Je zet technieken rond condition monitoring op, zoals trillingsmetingen, thermografie en lekdetectie.
  • Je ondersteunt Root Cause Analyses (RCA) bij belangrijke of terugkerende storingen.
  • Je werkt samen met techniek en productie aan stilstandreductie, procesoptimalisatie en hogere machinebetrouwbaarheid.
  • Je brengt opleidingsnoden in kaart en versterkt de technische kennis binnen het team.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in elektromechanica, automatisatie, mechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met TPM.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, storingstechnieker, werkvoorbereider of onderhoudsspecialist.
  • Je hebt kennis van preventief onderhoud, asset management en reliabilityprincipes.
  • Je bent analytisch, praktisch ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Je kunt collega’s coachen en technische verbeteringen duidelijk uitleggen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Veiligheid is voor jou een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van elke technische oplossing.
