Als Trade Marketeer zorg je ervoor dat het merk sterk, professioneel en consistent wordt vertegenwoordigd bij dealers, op vakbeurzen, tijdens events en in showrooms.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met trade marketing te maken heeft en neemt ownership over uiteenlopende projecten en commerciële initiatieven.

Beurzen & events

  • Je organiseert vakbeurzen en events van A tot Z: van voorbereiding en planning tot opbouw, coördinatie en opvolging.
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, deadlines en praktische uitvoering.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elk event professioneel en volgens de gewenste merkbeleving verloopt.

Partner- & klantondersteuning

  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor dealers en behandelt hun marketingvragen.
  • Je ondersteunt partners bij showroominrichting, POS-materiaal, opleidingen, visuals, marketingtools en productinformatie.
  • Je verzorgt de communicatie naar het dealernetwerk en zorgt ervoor dat informatie duidelijk en tijdig wordt verspreid.

POS, tools & creatie

  • Je ontwikkelt en beheert POS-materiaal en andere commerciële tools, in samenwerking met de interne designer.
  • Je bewaakt de huisstijl en zorgt voor een consistente merkbeleving over alle touchpoints heen.
  • Je vertaalt commerciële en marketingdoelstellingen naar praktische en aantrekkelijke materialen.

Projectmanagement

  • Je beheert meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en uitvoering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met marketing en sales.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende deadlines en prioriteiten samenkomen.
  • Je speelt flexibel in op commerciële opportuniteiten en veranderende noden.

Commerciële acties

  • Je ondersteunt sales bij commerciële acties en marketingcampagnes.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat acties helder, efficiënt en resultaatgericht worden uitgerold.
  • Je denkt mee over hoe marketinginitiatieven de commerciële doelstellingen maximaal kunnen ondersteunen.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen marketing en sales en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of Marketing.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in marketing of een aanverwante richting.
  • Je hebt 5 tot 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Trade Marketing, B2B Marketing of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je bent sterk in projectmatig en gestructureerd werken, maar beschikt tegelijk over de nodige commerciële flexibiliteit.
  • Je houdt ervan om orde te scheppen in verschillende projecten, deadlines en prioriteiten.
  • Je hebt een analytische ingesteldheid en werkt nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft 365, ervaring met HubSpot is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, kennis van het Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en vindt samenwerking belangrijk.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en gaat actief op zoek naar efficiëntere oplossingen.
  • Je draagt graag bij aan een aangename en gezonde werkomgeving.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer de druk toeneemt.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en begrijpt dat het hoogseizoen soms extra inspanningen vraagt.
