Vacature: Trade Marketeer – Hoofdkantoor Gent

Ben jij een marketeer die energie haalt uit het vertalen van strategie naar concrete acties met impact? Wil je een sleutelrol spelen in de verdere groei van een internationale topspeler in hygiëneoplossingen? Dan is deze functie misschien jouw volgende uitdaging!

Jouw rol

Als Trade Marketeer ben je de schakel tussen marketing en sales. Je zet strategie om in creatieve campagnes en projecten die het merk versterken én de commerciële slagkracht vergroten. Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan de zichtbaarheid en groei van de divisie Professional Hygiene.

Wat je zoal doet:

  • Je bouwt het merk verder uit in lijn met de strategie en corporate identity.
  • Je zet doelgerichte marketingcampagnes op voor leadgeneratie en salesondersteuning.
  • Je ontwikkelt brochures, e-mailings, presentaties, POS-materiaal en klantgerichte communicatie.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert betaalde campagnes op Google, Facebook en LinkedIn met focus op resultaat.
  • Je werkt mee aan de optimalisatie van de website (SEO, conversie, dashboards).
  • Je analyseert resultaten en stuurt bij om maximale impact te realiseren.
  • Je kwalificeert en volgt marketingleads op, in nauwe samenwerking met sales.
  • Je organiseert events, productlanceringen, klantendagen en (inter)nationale vakbeurzen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Corporate Marketing Manager en denkt actief mee over nieuwe initiatieven.

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelor of Master in marketing, communicatie of een commerciële richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in B2B marketing of trade marketing.
  • Grondige kennis van advertentieplatformen (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook).
  • Ervaring met CRM- en marketing automationtools (HubSpot, Salesforce of gelijkaardig).
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Affiniteit met hygiëne, reiniging of B2B-distributie is een troef
