Als Trader bij Bulkio ben jij de commerciële verbindende factor tussen verladers en transporteurs. Met jouw marktkennis en commerciële inzicht breng je vraag en aanbod bij elkaar en zorg je voor transportoplossingen die bijdragen aan een gezond rendement. Daarbij neem je eigenaarschap en houd je continu oog voor kansen in de markt. In deze rol beweeg je je dagelijks in een snel veranderende markt waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Je kijkt verder dan de deal van vandaag en gebruikt data en marktinformatie om slimme commerciële keuzes te maken. Zo speel je proactief in op ontwikkelingen en draag je direct bij aan de verdere groei van Bulkio. Je bent dagelijks bezig met het inkopen en verkopen van bulktransportopdrachten binnen Europa. Daarbij volg je marktontwikkelingen, capaciteitstrends en prijsbewegingen op de voet en vertaal je deze naar commerciële kansen. Je onderhandelt met klanten en transporteurs over tarieven, voorwaarden en dienstverlening en bouwt tegelijkertijd aan een sterk en duurzaam netwerk. Gedurende het hele proces houd je de voortgang van opdrachten scherp in de gaten, van de eerste aanvraag tot een succesvolle uitvoering. Met behulp van operationele en commerciële data verbeter je prestaties, identificeer je nieuwe mogelijkheden en stuur je op omzet, marge en volume. Je werkt daarbij intensief samen met collega's binnen Operations, Carrier Management en Sales om voor iedere klant een passende oplossing én een optimaal resultaat te realiseren.
