Mechanieker - Trailer- & Vrachtwagenmechanieker

  • Ben je in staat om zelfstandig technische problemen te analyseren en op te lossen?
  • Heb je een hands-on mentaliteit en een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn?

Als Trailer- & Vrachtwagenmechanieker ga je aan de slag in een uitdagende functie waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je komt terecht in een goed uitgeruste werkplaats en werkt aan verschillende types trailers en vrachtwagens. Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

  • Storingen opsporen en technische problemen analyseren.
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren aan trailers en vrachtwagens.
  • Werken aan remmen, verlichting, assen en luchtsystemen.
  • Herstellingen en onderhoud uitvoeren aan hydraulische systemen.
  • Werken aan verschillende trailercomponenten zoals vloeren en zeilen.
  • Technische en veiligheidscontroles uitvoeren.
  • Trailers technisch voorbereiden voor de keuring.
  • Trailers naar de technische keuring brengen.
  • Kleine onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uitvoeren aan trekkers en vrachtwagens.
  • Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden correct registreren en rapporteren.
  • Meedenken over preventief onderhoud en oplossingen om technische stilstanden te vermijden.

We zoeken iemand die techniek graag in de praktijk brengt en zelfstandig problemen kan aanpakken. Het is belangrijk dat je beschikt over de volgende vaardigheden en ervaring:

  • Ervaring als vrachtwagen-, trailer-, bedrijfswagen- of onderhoudsmechanieker.
  • Een goede technische kennis van mechanica.
  • Kennis van elektriciteit, hydraulica en pneumatiek is een sterke troef.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig diagnoses te stellen en storingen op te lossen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een nauwkeurige werkhouding.
  • Een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn.
  • Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en een zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid en interesse in een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Een rijbewijs CE is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Heb je vooral ervaring met vrachtwagens en wil je jouw kennis verder uitbreiden richting trailers? Ook dan ben je welkom!
