Als Trainee leer je eerst de dagelijkse praktijk kennen. Je draait mee binnen verschillende werkzaamheden, spreekt klanten en collega's en volgt een opdracht van aanvraag tot uitvoering. Met die kennis ga je vervolgens aan de slag met een concrete verbeteropdracht. Je combineert daarmee techniek, bedrijfskunde en procesverbetering en krijgt volop ruimte om te ontdekken waar jouw kwaliteiten het beste tot hun recht komen. Je gaat aan de slag bij een installatiebedrijf in Hulst met ongeveer 60 medewerkers. Het bedrijf is volop in ontwikkeling en wil niet alleen technisch goed werk leveren, maar ook de manier van werken continu verbeteren. De sfeer is informeel, de lijnen zijn kort en collega's helpen elkaar graag. Als trainee krijg je de kans om verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie goed te leren kennen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid te krijgen. Als Trainee Technische Bedrijfskunde start je met een ontwikkeltraject waarin leren en meewerken centraal staan. Je maakt kennis met installatietechniek en ontdekt hoe een opdracht door de organisatie loopt: van klantvraag en advies tot calculatie, offerte, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Je leert onder andere opnemen en inmeten, calculaties en offertes maken, materialen bestellen en werkbonnen voorbereiden. Ook ga je waar nodig mee naar klanten en leer je hoe technische oplossingen in de praktijk tot stand komen. Met deze kennis ga je vervolgens aan de slag met een concrete verbeteropdracht .
