Du unterstützt das Team unter Anderem bei der Planung und Durchführung von Produkttrainings mit internen und externen TeilnehmerInnen.

DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

* Du konzipierst und entwickelst Schulungsmaterialien und Lehrpläne und führst kommerzielle Trainings für aktuelle und zukünftige Produkte in Präsenz-, Outdoor oder Online Veranstaltungen durch

* Du übersetzt Produktinformationen in klaren Kundennutzen und überzeugende Verkaufsargumente

* Du führst Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen zur Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch

* Du entwickelst moderne Trainingskonzepte und passt diese kontinuierlich an aktuelle Produktentwicklungen an

* Du erstellst Berichte zu Umfragen und Kompetenzen der Schulungsteilnehmer

* Du arbeitest eng und proaktiv mit dem Produktmarketing zusammen

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit landwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, Leidenschaft für Landtechnik

* Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft, diese weiterzuentwickeln

* Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit

* Motivierende, positive Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten

* Hohe Teamfähigkeit und bereichsübergreifendes Denken

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 50%)
