Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Trainee Douane krijg je een brede en leerrijke inwerkperiode waarin je volledig wordt klaargestoomd om een volwaardige specialist te worden op vlak van douanegerelateerde processen. Je werkt actief mee aan uiteenlopende projecten, ondersteunt je team en vormt een aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders. Je rol is gericht op leren, meewerken en groeien binnen een dynamische en wisselende context.

• Je levert ondersteuning bij verschillende douane‑ en administratieve projecten binnen het team

• Je werkt mee aan analyses, inschattingen en beslissingen rond procedures en wetgeving

• Je verzamelt en verwerkt informatie, zodat je kennis van processen continu groeit

• Je werkt samen met interne collega’s en stakeholders om projecten soepel te laten verlopen

• Je ondersteunt collega’s bij dagelijkse taken en leert van verschillende facetten binnen de functie

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

Je bent een gemotiveerde starter of recent afgestudeerde met interesse in douane, administratie en verscheidene logistieke processen. Je wilt leren, groeit graag binnen een team en bent klaar om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een betrouwbare medewerker binnen een professionele context.

• Je beschikt over een hoger diploma (bij voorkeur in logistiek, commercie, administratie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)

• Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt

• Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en gaat zorgvuldig te werk

• Je bent leergierig, kan veel informatie verwerken en bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe kennis te verwerven

• Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Je bent collegiaal, werkt graag in teamverband en hebt een positieve werkhouding

• In het bezit van rijbewijs B is een voordeel
