In deze internationale productieomgeving met meer dan 600 medewerkers krijg je in regio Roeselare de kans om via een doorgedreven traineeship het volledige bedrijf van binnenuit te leren kennen. Geen klassieke startersfunctie, maar een traject waarin je verschillende afdelingen doorloopt en actief meewerkt aan projecten en verbeteringen.

Je komt terecht in een technisch sterk bedrijf binnen de bouw- en metaalindustrie, waar innovatie, productie en engineering nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te leren, initiatief te nemen en stap voor stap jouw eigen richting te bepalen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Tijdens een traject van 2 jaar doorloop je verschillende productieafdelingen en leer je het volledige proces kennen
  • In elke afdeling werk je mee aan projecten en verbeteringen, afgestemd op de noden van het team
  • Productieprocessen en installaties leer je begrijpen door actief aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer
  • Samenwerking met maintenance en TPM-teams geeft je inzicht in optimalisatie en efficiëntie
  • Je krijgt eigen projecten toegewezen en presenteert jouw verbeteringen en resultaten
  • In het bezit van een masterdiploma in een technische richting, of binnenkort afgestudeerd
  • Aan het begin van je carrière, met maximaal een eerste korte werkervaring
  • Je communiceert vlot in zowel Nederlands als Engels
