1 Trainee für unsere Eventabteilung (m/w/d) Dein Verantwortungsbereich beim Stanglwirt: * Eventorganisation: Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Vorbereitung von Veranstaltungen, von Seminaren und Tagungen bis hin zu Hochzeiten, Firmenfeiern und Großevents * Planungsassistenz: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, Verträgen und der gesamten Veranstaltungskorrespondenz * Koordinationstalent: Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern wie Musikern, Shuttleunternehmen oder weiteren Dienstleistern * Gastgeberherz: Mithilfe bei der persönlichen Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste sowie Unterstützung bei der Erfüllung individueller Gästewünsche * Eventbegleitung: Unterstützung unseres Teams bei der Koordination eines reibungslosen Veranstaltungsablaufs vor Ort * Organisationsexperte: Mitarbeit bei der Organisation von Zimmerreservierungen für Veranstaltungs- und Gruppengäste * Kreativunterstützer: Erstellung von Menükarten, Namenskarten, Tischplänen, Einladungen und weiteren Drucksorten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung * Nachbereitungsprofi: Unterstützung bei der Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen sowie bei administrativen Aufgaben und der Rechnungslegung * Teamplayer: Mithilfe bei der Organisation interner Trainings, Workshops und allgemeiner organisatorischer Tätigkeiten im Eventbereich

Das zeichnet dich aus: * Studienbackground: Laufendes berufsbegleitendes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Eventmanagement, Marketing, Tourismus, Hospitality Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung * Digitales Know-how: Sehr gute Computer- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse; erste Erfahrungen mit Hotel- oder Eventsoftware sind von Vorteil * Stilbewusstsein: Gepflegtes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung * Herzlichkeit & Höflichkeit: Freundliches Wesen, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie Begeisterung für Events und Gastfreundschaft * Kommunikationstalent: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse * Organisationstalent: Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Organisation * Teamgeist: Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft * Diskretion: Vertrauenswürdiger und verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen * Entwicklungsmotivation: Interesse daran, praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln und dich fachlich sowie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
