Traineeship Rotterdam Wat ga je doen? Als Trainee werk je aan projecten waarbij techniek, duurzaamheid en bedrijfsvoering samenkomen. Je analyseert gegevens, denkt mee over verbetermaatregelen en helpt bij het vertalen van regelgeving naar praktische oplossingen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - analyseren van data rondom energieverbruik, productie en emissies; - ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van technische en organisatorische werkprocessen; - verdiepen in wet- en regelgeving rondom milieu, emissies en vergunningen; - ondersteunen bij het opstellen van plannen en maatregelen voor emissiebeperking; - samenwerken met technische specialisten, management en operationele teams; - meedenken over innovatieve oplossingen voor duurzamere asfaltproductie. Functie eisen Wat verwachten we van jou? Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben. Belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig bent, analytisch denkt en interesse hebt in duurzaamheid en civiele techniek. Je brengt daarnaast het volgende mee: - een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding richting Civiele Techniek, Technische Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar ; - affiniteit met wegenbouw, asfalt, duurzaamheid en milieutechniek ; - je bent analytisch en vindt het leuk om met data te werken; - je hebt interesse in wet- en regelgeving rondom emissies en vergunningen; - je communiceert makkelijk met zowel technische als niet-technische collega's; - je bent leergierig, zelfstandig en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit; - je beschikt over rijbewijs B. Organisatie omschrijving Organisatie & sfeer Je komt terecht bij een grote en professionele organisatie binnen de civiele techniek. Vanuit Rotterdam werk je samen met verschillende specialistische afdelingen en dochterbedrijven aan projecten door heel Nederland.
