Für unseren Standort in 5441 Abtenau, Markt 255 suchen wir ab sofort 1 Trainee Filiale (m/w/d) auf Vollzeitbasis

Aufgaben:

* Sprungbrett in die Arbeitswelt: Das SPAR-Traineeprogramm bietet in 16 spannenden Monaten die Chance, alle Bereiche im Markt kennenzulernen, praktische Erfahrung zu sammeln und Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung zu übernehmen - die ideale Vorbereitung auf eine zukünftige Führungsrolle im Markt.

* Alles im Blick: Spannende Einblicke in sämtliche Abteilungen der SPAR-Märkte in der Region - mit dem Ziel, umfassendes Wissen über den Handel zu gewinnen.

* Kompetenz aufbauen: Vermittlung von Fachkenntnissen und praktischen Skills für die persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung - mit Perspektive auf eine Führungsrolle im Markt

* Praxis trifft Erlebnis: Mitarbeit an abwechslungsreichen Projekten, Teilnahme an Erlebniswochen und Kennenlernen der vielseitigen SPAR-Zentrale

* Teamarbeit leben: Unterstützung des Teams bei der Warenpräsentation, Frischekontrolle und im täglichen Kundenkontakt - für ein Einkaufserlebnis, das begeistert

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Matura oder Abschluss einer höheren berufsbildenden Schule

* Interesse an Lebensmitteln, frischen Produkten und der Handelswelt

* Freude am Lernen und Motivation, Neues auszuprobieren

* Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung

* Begeisterung für den direkten Kontakt mit unserer Kundschaft
