Für unseren Standort in KUNDL suchen wir ab sofort 1 Trainee Kraftwerk m/w/d Deine Aufgaben:

Du willst die Funktionsweise eines Kraftwerks verstehen und aktiv zur nachhaltigen Energieerzeugung beitragen? Dann starte dein 2-jähriges Ausbildungsprogramm bei uns im Biomassekraftwerk und werde Teil eines zukunftssicheren Teams.

* Im Rahmen der zweijährigen Ausbildung lernst du Feuerungs- und Dampfanlagen im täglichen Betrieb zu überwachen und zu steuern.

* Du erhältst Einblicke in angrenzende Produktionsbereiche der Biomassekraftwerksanlagen (z. B. Pellettierung und Holztrocknung).

* Bei deiner Einschulung lernst du Störungen frühzeitig zu erkennen, Ursachen zu analysieren und geeignete Maßnahmen zur Störungsbehebung einzuleiten.

* Gemeinsam mit deinem Mentor begleitest du erste technische Projekte und übernimmst Projektkoordinationstätigkeiten.

* Du wirkst bei Instandhaltungsprojekten und technischen Umbauten mit und machst dich mit projektbezogenen Abläufen vertraut.

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker*in, Mechatroniker*in, Metalltechniker*in oder Industriemechaniker*in bzw. abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (z.B. HTL Elektrotechnik)

* Interesse an der Energieerzeugung und an technischen Anlagen

* Motivation, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und dazuzulernen

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb, an Sonn- und Feiertagen, sowie im Rahmen der Ausbildung auch an anderen Standorten

Rahmenbedingungen:

Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung: € 2.618,56 brutto/Monat bei Vollzeit.

Wir gewähren einen Mindestlohn von brutto € 3.050,00/Monat, eine weitere Überzahlung richtet sich nach Ausbildung oder Erfahrung. Durch das Schichtmodell ist zudem eine deutlich höhere Entlohnung gegeben (Schichtzulagen, Zuschläge für Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit).
