Als Management Trainee stap je in een programma van ongeveer 2 jaar waarin je:

  • Mee draait op verschillende afdelingen (bijv. operations, planning, customer service, kwaliteit, continuous improvement, administratie…).
  • Verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over concrete verbeterprojecten en optimalisatietrajecten.
  • Intensief begeleid wordt door mentoren, teamleads en een centrale coach.
  • Regelmatig feedbackmomenten hebt om je groei te versnellen.
  • Gradueel ontdekt waar jouw sterktes, interesses en ambities het best aansluiten binnen onze organisatie.

Doel? Jou klaarstomen voor een sleutelrol na afloop van het programma.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Tijdens het traineeship zal je onder meer:

  • Meewerken aan operationele en strategische projecten die processen verbeteren.
  • Analyses maken en voorstellen uitwerken om efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid te verhogen.
  • Afdelingen ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werking om zo een diepgaand begrip te krijgen van onze business.
  • Presenteren van bevindingen en projectresultaten aan management.

We zoeken een gemotiveerde starter met:

  • Een universitair diploma (bij voorkeur in een economische, logistieke, technologische of analytische richting, maar alle studierichtingen zijn welkom).
  • Een analytische geest en de drive om problemen op te lossen.
  • Sterke communicatieve skills en het vermogen om samen te werken met zowel operationele teams als management.
  • Een proactieve, leergierige en hands-on mindset.
  • Interesse in logistiek, operations en procesoptimalisatie.
