Vanuit een gebiedsgerichte aanpak werken we samen aan de ontwikkeling van gebouwen die niet alleen woonruimte bieden, maar ook geluk, comfort en zorg op maat. Dit ga je doen Als trainee ontwikkeling bij HevoFame maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team met conceptontwikkelaars, projectmanagers, een eigen studio met architecten, modelleurs en grafisch ontwerpers. Je maakt kennis met de rollen van conceptontwikkelaar en planontwikkelaar. De ene keer werk je mee aan een de ontwikkeling van vernieuwende woon- en zorgconcepten die inspelen op maatschappelijke trends, demografische ontwikkelingen en klantidentiteit. De andere keer ben je samen met de planontwikkelaars betrokken vanaf de initiatieffase van een project tot en met de afronding van het voorontwerp. Daarna blijf je betrokken bij het projectteam tot en met de oplevering van het project. Je assisteert bij het verrichten van marktonderzoeken, risico analyses en haalbaarheidsonderzoeken. Je draagt zorg voor benodigde onderzoeken op het gebied van grond bodem , archeologisch, Flora en Founawet en milieubeheer. Je stelt stichtingskostenoverzichten op, en je controleer de status van ontwikkelingsplannen en tekeningen. Naast het werken aan mooie projecten werk je ook aan je persoonlijke groei en kennisontwikkeling. Dat doe je onder meer door trainingen te volgen samen met je medetrainees maar ook intensieve samenwerking met ervaren collega's draagt bij aan jouw persoonlijke groei. Op het ...
