Als trainee word je in onze CommV opgeleid via de verschillende segmenten van Belfius om je zo te vervolmaken tot Private Banker. Stap voor stap begeleiden we je om een volwaardige klantenportefeuille uit te bouwen en je klanten de adviseren in Vermogensbeheer en Vermogensplanning.

Onze klanten verdienen een "State of the Art"-dienstverlening. Dit is ons gezamenlijk engagement naar onze klanten toe. Door jou stijgt de klantentevredenheid.

De job in een notendop

Na je opleidingen beheer je als Private Banker een portefeuille van een 200-tal klanten met een vermogen vanaf 500.000 eur. Als specialist adviseer je niet enkel het Vermogen, maar zorg je er ook voor dat jouw klanten op het juiste moment doorverwezen worden naar jouw collega-specialisten, zoals krediet- en verzekeringsspecialisten en juristen/fiscalisten.

Je zorgt ervoor dat je een persoonlijke relatie opbouwt met jouw klanten en hun gezin en adviseert hen in de meest ruime zin omtrent hun financiën.

De financiële dienstverlening voor onze klanten naar een hoger niveau tillen moet jouw doel zijn.

Via netwerkevents zoeken we samen naar nieuwe klanten.

Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

  • minstens een bachelordiploma
  • een vlotte kennis en flexibel gebruik van professionele tools
  • een flinke dosis empathie en durf om klanten bij te staan en uit te rusten met onze diensten en producten

Je scoort extra met:

  • klantvriendelijkheid
  • een passie voor bankieren
