Jouw rol Je helpt kandidaten hun volgende carrièrestap te zetten en ondersteunt opdrachtgevers bij het vinden van het juiste technische talent. Twee kanten van dezelfde markt, jij bent de verbinding. Wat ga je doen? Kandidaten benaderen en selecteren: je zoekt actief naar engineers en technici via databases, LinkedIn en andere kanalen. Matchen met opdrachtgevers: je ontdekt wat bedrijven in energie, maritiem, high tech, construction en manufacturing zoeken en koppelt dat aan het juiste talent. Netwerken en onderhandelen: je voert gesprekken met kandidaten en opdrachtgevers en onderhandelt over voorwaarden en salarissen. Je eigen business opbouwen: je beheert en breidt je eigen portefeuille van klanten en kandidaten uit. Dit ben jij Je wacht niet af. Je neemt initiatief, pakt eigenaarschap en werkt zelfstandig. Je bent gedreven om resultaten te halen en continu beter te worden. Je laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan en past je aan als de situatie daarom vraagt.
