Wil jij de perfecte start maken in de verzekeringswereld? Als trainee schadebehandelaar in Almere combineer je leren en werken vanaf dag één. Dit traineeship is speciaal ontworpen voor ambitieuze HBO-talenten die willen doorgroeien bij de grootste verzekeraars van Nederland, terwijl ze profiteren van de zekerheid van een vast contract. Jouw traject begint met een persoonlijk opleidingsplan. Samen wordt er gekeken welke Wft-certificaten jij nog meer nodig hebt om als expert aan de slag te gaan. Zodra je deze op zak hebt, start je als schadebehandelaar. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige schadeproces: van de eerste melding tot de uiteindelijke afhandeling. Tijdens je opdrachten van 6 tot 9 maanden word je intensief begeleid door een persoonlijke coach die samen met jou kijkt of je nog voldoende uitdaging vindt of klaar bent voor een volgende stap. Wat worden jouw taken? - Je controleert of schades gedekt zijn binnen de polisvoorwaarden; - Je beoordeelt bewijsmateriaal zoals facturen, foto's en technische rapportages; - Je communiceert helder en transparant met gedupeerden over de besluitvorming; - Je schakelt met externe experts en tegenpartijen om tot een eerlijke oplossing te komen. Waar ga je werken? Als trainee schadebehandelaar in Almere kom je in dienst bij een grote organisatie die dé partner is voor toonaangevende verzekeraars door het hele land. Samen bepalen jullie welke werkplek en opdrachtgever het beste aansluiten bij jouw ambities en woonplaats. Let op! Niet alle projecten zullen bij jou in de buurt zijn, waardoor je soms een uur moet reizen naar het project. Een project duurt meestal tussen de 6 en 9 maanden.
