Het traineeship Het HST Traineeship is ontwikkeld vanuit een duidelijke ambitie: de professionals van morgen opleiden binnen de logistiek van vandaag. Geen standaard startersprogramma, maar een zorgvuldig opgebouwd ontwikkeltraject van twee jaar waarin werken, leren en persoonlijke groei samenkomen. Het programma is opgebouwd rondom drie ontwikkelsporen: persoonlijke ontwikkeling, vak- en branchekennis en praktijkervaring binnen HST. Je maakt ook kennis met de andere bedrijfsonderdelen, waarna je samen met andere trainees werkt aan concrete organisatievraagstukken die bijdragen aan verbetering, vernieuwing en groei. Geen theoretische cases, maar vraagstukken die er écht toe doen. Gedurende het hele traject word je begeleid door ervaren collega's, leidinggevenden en een externe traineecoach.
