Traineeship Onroerende Zaken, gemeente Utrecht Traineeship Utrecht 32-40 uur Jouw werkgever voert namens een aantal gemeenten de heffing en invordering van lokale belastingen uit. Ook bepaalt deze organisatie de hoogte van de WOZ-waarde voor alle onroerende zaken in deze gemeenten. Samen met ongeveer 130 medewerkers wordt er gestreefd naar excellente dienstverlening. De focus van je rol ligt bij werken met data, gebouwen (objecten) en mensen . Op inhoudelijk en op persoonlijk vlak ga je in het eerste jaar veel leren. Jouw projecten starten meestal met een vraag of opdracht vanuit de organisatie. Je analyseert, adviseert en staat in contact met de gebruikers en eigenaren van de objecten en gebruikt jouw ruimtelijke inzicht. Verder zul je veel leren over heffingen en wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met je (interne) collega's maar ook met burgers. Kortom een inhoudelijke en dynamische rol die we samen met jou gaan vorm geven. Zoek je extra uitdaging en vind je het leuk een eigen aanpak te kiezen met als doel de dienstverlening te verbeteren en/of resultaten te boeken? Er is altijd ruimte om met initiatieven te komen! Op het Centraal Station Utrecht staat het stadskantoor - dit wordt jouw dynamische werkomgeving. Je komt te werken in een publieke, uitvoerende en dienstverlenende organisatie die verantwoordelijk is voor het goed afhandelen van belastingen en heffingen. Zij heeft oog voor het belang van burgers, instellingen en bedrijven en probeert hen zoveel mogelijk te faciliteren. Een belangrijk aspect daarbij is de vergaande digitalisering ten behoeve van haar deelnemers om zo de vraagbaakfunctie en de contactmogelijkheden op de momenten dat burgers, instellingen en bedrijven dat wensen te optimaliseren. Je gaat aan de slag bij een moderne werkgever met oog en aandacht voor haar medewerkers.
