Dit is jouw kans om bij te dragen aan actuele maatschappelijke vraagstukken. Het unieke karakter van ons traineeship YoungEffect is dat je intersectoraal aan de slag gaat. In een jaar tijd ga je werken bij de overheid, in het onderwijs en bij zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties. Je ervaart wat jouw kwaliteiten zijn en welke organisatie, cultuur en functie bij jou passen. Daarnaast begeleiden we je on the job en bieden we een opleidingsprogramma met trainingen en workshops gericht op jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling . Zo stomen we je klaar voor de perfecte (door)start van jouw loopbaan! Dit ga je doen Een combi van werken en leren! Je gaat 4 dagen in de week aan de slag bij een opdrachtgever. Op basis van jouw studierichting en wensen vinden wij meerdere opdrachten die bij jou passen. Op die manier ervaar jij hoe het werken bij verschillende organisaties is. Om de week werk je aan je persoonlijke ontwikkeling en hiervoor wordt je gekoppeld aan een coach. Aan de hand van trainingen, intervisie en inhoudelijke samenwerking kom jij te weten wie je bent, wat je kunt en wat je wilt.
