Bij VAB-Training & Consult krijg je als recent afgestudeerde Bachelor Autotechnologie de kans om je kennis verder uit te bouwen én meteen werkervaring op te doen. Tijdens een tweejarig Traineeship met vast contract leer je alles wat je nodig hebt om sterk te starten in de autosector.

Je wordt omringd door en draait mee met ervaren specialisten en krijgt de ruimte om te leren, te experimenteren en te groeien. Je ontdekt verschillende domeinen zoals autotechniek, mobiele elektronica en digitale communicatie. Zo bouw je stap voor stap aan je professionele toekomst via uiteenlopende opdrachten in ons diagnose- en opleidingscentrum, bij de wegenwacht, en binnen onze helpdesk- en consultingactiviteiten. Zo ontdek je stap voor stap waar jouw talent het best tot zijn recht komt — en begeleiden we je richting een mooie carrière als Technisch Trainer of Technisch Adviseur.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leert ontzettend veel op korte tijd, dankzij de voortdurende begeleiding van onze technische experts
  • Je gaat mee op pad met de wegenwacht en ontdekt vanop de eerste rij hoe mobiele interventies verlopen
  • Je ondersteunt bij technische diagnoses en leert waarop je precies moet letten om tot een correcte analyse te komen
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan een dealernetwerk, autoconstructeur of invoerder — bijvoorbeeld via helpdesk, garantieafhandeling of homologatieprocedures
  • Je deelt je kennis door mee te werken aan de ontwikkeling en organisatie van technische opleidingen
  • Je waakt mee over de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening, onder meer via Mystery Shopping en technische audits

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je behaalde recent een Bachelor Autotechnologie en bent klaar om je eerste stappen in het werkveld te zetten
  • Je bent leergierig en nieuwsgierig — je vindt het fijn om nieuwe technieken, systemen en evoluties te ontdekken
  • Je bent zelfzeker en gemotiveerd om je kennis, ervaring én professioneel netwerk verder uit te bouwen
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met MS Office en andere courante computerprogramma’s
  • Je communiceert sterk in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en hebt ook een goede kennis van het Frans. Extra talen zijn mooi meegenomen
  • Je hebt een passie voor mobiliteit — auto’s, motoren, fietsen of andere rijwielen: je volgt de sector met interesse
