Voor een jonge, innovatieve bank in volle groei zijn we op zoek naar enthousiaste starters die hun talenten willen ontwikkelen tot volwaardige Financieel Adviseur. Tijdens een intensief opleidingstraject van 18 maanden leer je alle facetten van het bankwezen kennen en bouw je stap voor stap aan een toekomst binnen de sector.

Wat houdt dit traineeship in?

Als Financieel Adviseur in opleiding krijg je de kans om te groeien én impact te maken. Je takenpakket bestaat uit twee delen:

1. Praktijkervaring vanaf dag één

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en beantwoordt hun vragen over verschillende bankproducten en -diensten.
  • Je leert commerciële opportuniteiten te detecteren en klanten te adviseren, zowel telefonisch als via digitale kanalen.
  • Je denkt mee na over procesverbeteringen en brengt creatieve ideeën aan om onze dienstverlening te versterken.

2. Traineeship & doorgroeitraject (+-18 maanden)

In dit unieke opleidingstraject word je opgeleid tot een volwaardige bankprofessional. Het programma bestaat uit drie fases:

  • Basisopleiding: leer alles over de werking van een bank, onze producten en diensten én behaal de nodige certificaten.
  • Commerciële training: ontdek hoe je klanten optimaal begeleidt, hoe je opportuniteiten herkent en duurzame relaties opbouwt.
  • Stage in een lokaal kantoor: proef van verschillende functies binnen een kantooromgeving en ontdek welke richting het beste bij jou past.

Na afloop van het traject ben je volledig klaar om door te groeien!
