Het traineeship commercieel technisch adviseur biedt jou persoonlijke begeleiding, praktijktrainingen en coaching. Je trekt veel samen op met collega's en leert direct van ervaren specialisten uit het veld. In deze functie krijg je vanaf dag één een vast salaris vanaf €3.000 met een leaseauto, of €250 extra salaris zonder leaseauto én de kans om in twee jaar door te groeien tot technisch specialist of manager. Je volgt een volledig betaald traineeship bij onze klant in Diemen en ontwikkelt jezelf in de techniek zonder dat je al technische kennis hoeft te hebben. Je bouwt praktijkervaring op, werkt samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Over de functie Als trainee commercieel technisch adviseur start je bij onze klant in Diemen en leer je het vak in de praktijk. Jij geeft advies aan klanten over technische oplossingen, ondersteunt bij verkoop en planning en schakelt met installateurs, interne afdelingen en klanten. Je werkt in een sociaal team en leert stap voor stap meer over techniek én commercie. Soms draai je een avonddienst tot 22:30 uur of ben je eens per 6 à 7 weken in het weekend actief, maar daar staat veel flexibiliteit tegenover. Je ontwikkelt je richting een zelfstandige functie waarin je klanten helpt en écht het verschil maakt.
