Start dan je loopbaan bij Batenburg Industriële Automatisering met ons traineeship tot Application Engineer en groei uit tot een allround engineer met impact. Wat kun je verwachten? Tijdens dit 12-maanden durende traineeship werk je vanaf dag één mee aan lopende projecten bij toonaangevende en innovatieve opdrachtgevers op locatie én in-house bij Batenburg Industriële Automatisering. Je krijgt een brede technische basis en leert werken met zowel besturings- als informatiesystemen zoals PLC, SCADA, DCS en MES. Je ontwikkelt technische en persoonlijke vaardigheden, onder begeleiding van ervaren engineers. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Deelnemen aan inspirerende events als onboarding, vestigingentour, hackathons en afsluitende feesten - Werken aan het ontwerpen, testen en implementeren van automatiseringsoplossingen - Gerichte trainingen zoals technische bootcamps en softwaretrainingen, waaronder PLC-programmering en basiskennis van C# - Leiderschapstrainingen zoals DISC en Covey's 7 Habits - Projectmanagement en procesoptimalisatie - Regelmatige ontwikkelgesprekken met een vaste mentor Na je traineeship start je als Application Engineer. Je werkt aan technische projecten in sectoren zoals food & beverages, oil & gas, pharma en chemie. Je ontwerpt en programmeert besturingssystemen, optimaliseert processen en helpt klanten met testen, inbedrijfstellen en training. Daarbij combineer je techniek met inzicht: je bouwt niet alleen systemen, maar verbetert ook processen met slimme automatisering.
