Ihre Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit bei den unterschiedlichen Aufgaben in der Informationssicherheit wie Security Assessments, Erstellung von Vorgaben, Durchführung von Audits und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen, Awareness-Kampagnen und Begleitung von Projekten

* Unterstützung im Risikomanagement sowie bei Compliance-Themen

* Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und technischen Unterlagen

* Mitarbeit an IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten

* Mitarbeit an datenbasierten Querschnittsanalysen zu IKT- und Cyberrisiken

* Mitarbeit in allen Phasen von IT-bezogenen Prüfungen (intern und extern) - insbesondere

Prüfungsdurchführung und Berichtslegung

* Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung von Prüfungsmethoden, Entwicklung datenanalytischer Tools und Anwendungen zur Unterstützung der Prüfungsdurchführung

* Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung und Implementierung von AI- und Machine Learning-Anwendungen zur Unterstützung von Audit Prozessen

Stationen des Traineeships:

Abteilung Information Security and Resilience

Die Abteilung für Information Security and Resilience ist für die Informationssicherheit und Compliance der IT-Infrastruktur verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus sorgt sie mit dem Operationellen Risikomanagement und dem

Business Continuity Management für die Resilienz der OeNB.

Abteilung Zahlungssystem- und IT-Aufsicht

Die Abteilung Zahlungssystem- und IT-Aufsicht trägt dazu bei, dass Banken, Zahlungs- und Wertpapiersysteme sowie kritische IT-Dienstleister sicher und stabil bleiben. Sie prüft Banken, überwacht Zahlungs- und Wertpapiersysteme, begleitet TLPT/TIBER-AT-Tests und verdichtet Erkenntnisse aus Vor-Ort-Prüfungen, Meldedaten, Markttrends und internationalen Entwicklungen zu Querschnittsanalysen. Sie entwickelt IT-Standards weiter und arbeitet eng mit EZB, FMA und europäischen Gremien zusammen.

Abteilung Interne Revision

Die Interne Revision ist für die Prüfung aller Arbeitsbereiche der OeNB, für die Prüfung gemeinsamer europäischer Arbeitsprozesse im Eurosystem und ESZB sowie für die Konzernrevision zuständig und orientiert sich dabei an international anerkannten Revisionsstandards. Sie trägt dazu bei, die Sicherheit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Geschäftsprozesse sicherzustellen sowie die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorschriften zu gewährleisten. Darüber hinaus umfasst ihr Aufgabengebiet die Revision im IT-Bereich, die Analyse von IT-Risiken sowie die Mitwirkung an nationalen und internationalen Revisionsaktivitäten im Eurosystem.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren IT-Studiums (unbedingt erforderlich)

* Starkes Interesse an IT-Systemen, Informationssicherheit und IT-Services

* Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und am Kennenlernen unterschiedlicher IT-Bereiche

* Programmierkenntnisse (zB Python, R, SQL) sowie Erfahrung mit Datenvisualisierung und Power-BI von Vorteil

* verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
