De werkgever zoekt een ambitieuze, analytische starter die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en vlot communiceert op elk niveau.

  • Opleidingsniveau: Je hebt een Masterdiploma op zak.
  • Studierichting: Je bent specifiek afgestudeerd als (Burgerlijk) ingenieur Elektromechanica.
  • Ervaring: Je bent net afgestudeerd of hebt maximaal 6 maanden vaste werkervaring. Geen ervaring is dus ook perfect!
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Vaardigheden: Je denkt proactief mee, kunt makkelijk schakelen tussen diverse taken en bezit een rijbewijs B.

Tijdens dit intensieve traineeship rouleer je door de belangrijkste kernafdelingen van de organisatie om het bedrijf van binnenuit te leren kennen.

  • Meedraaien op sleutelposities: Je doet praktijkervaring op binnen afdelingen zoals Order Entry, Internal Sales, Production & Transport Planning, Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Technical Support, Quality en Compliance.
  • Impact maken met projecten: Gedurende 6 maanden leid je een persoonlijk ontwikkelproject dat aansluit bij jouw interesses en ambities, waarmee je direct tastbare verbeteringen doorvoert in de operationele werking.
  • On-the-job learning: Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren professionals en krijgt doorlopend coaching om je management- en technische vaardigheden te scherpen.
  • Richting bepalen: Samen met je coach evalueer je het traject en stippel je na 15 maanden jouw ideale, definitieve carrierepad binnen de organisatie uit.
