Als trainee bij OGD zet je razendsnel stappen in de wereld van ict. Je sterke affiniteit met techniek en je hbo-denkniveau helpen je hierbij. We doen je geen onrealistische beloftes - je begint niet direct bij een DevOps- of Consultancy-team. Maar we bereiden je wél in twee jaar voor om zo'n stap te maken. Het eerste jaar: groeien in de praktijk In het eerste jaar van het traineeship versterk jij je technische kennis, stakeholdermanagement en communicatieve vaardigheden. Je leert direct de kneepjes van het vak en doet kennis op van tools als TOPdesk en ServiceNow. Verder leer je meer over security en ga je veel troubleshooten. Ook behaal je waardevolle certificeringen, waarmee je een mooie basis legt als ict-professional: - Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (AB-900) Je eerste jaar begint met een maand op de OGD Bootcamp. Daar stomen we jou samen met je mede-Bootcampers klaar om vanaf je tweede maand bij een van onze klanten op locatie te starten op de servicedesk. Het tweede jaar: specialiseren en ontdekken De servicedesk is het tussenstation op weg naar jouw droombaan. Het idee is dat je snel doorstroomt naar je volgende uitdaging, tenzij je daar zelf nog even mee wilt wachten. In het tweede jaar zet jij de eerste stappen richting een specialisatie.
