Wat je gaat doen Jij start een traineeship van 2 tot 3 jaar, waarin je de organisatie van binnen en buiten leert kennen. Het programma bestaat uit drie blokken van 8 tot 12 maanden, waarin je stap voor stap groeit van operationeel naar tactisch en uiteindelijk strategisch niveau. Je werkt mee op verschillende afdelingen, krijgt persoonlijke coaching en trainingen en pakt direct uitdagende projecten op. Afhankelijk van jouw interesses kun je zelfs een opdracht uitvoeren bij een buitenlandse vestiging. Zo ontdek je waar jouw talent ligt én bouw je een stevige basis voor een succesvolle carrière binnen de logistiek. Werkzaamheden - Je doorloopt verschillende afdelingen en projecten binnen de organisatie om de logistieke keten van A tot Z te leren kennen; - Je werkt mee aan operationele, tactische en strategische vraagstukken en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid; - Je volgt trainingen, coaching en kennisprogramma's om jezelf zowel persoonlijk als vakinhoudelijk te ontwikkelen; - Je signaleert kansen om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen; - Je werkt samen met collega's uit binnen- en buitenland en krijgt mogelijk de kans om tijdelijk in het buitenland te werken.
