Binnen een grootschalige infrastructuuromgeving waar projectbeheersing, risicosturing en multidisciplinaire samenwerking centraal staan, krijg je als trainee een unieke kans om je te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige professional in projectbeheersing. Je doorloopt een gestructureerd opleidingsprogramma waarin je inzicht krijgt in de organisatie, de projecthistoriek, de huidige status en de manier waarop grote projecten onder controle worden gehouden. Je leert hoe tijd, kosten, kwaliteit en risico’s elkaar beïnvloeden en waarom gestructureerde informatieopbouw en afstemming tussen disciplines essentieel zijn. Daarnaast neem je geleidelijk deel aan de dagelijkse werking van projectteams, ondersteun je analyses, bereid je overlegmomenten voor en volg je acties en beslissingen op. Via praktijkvoorbeelden en casestudy’s ontdek je hoe projectbeheersing het verschil maakt tussen reactief problemen oplossen en proactief sturen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Kennismaken met de organisatie, visie, missie en rol van projectbeheersing.
  • Inzicht ontwikkelen in sturingsaspecten zoals tijd, kosten, kwaliteit en risico’s.
  • Begrijpen hoe onzekerheden ontstaan en hoe risicobeheer impact heeft op planning en kosten.
  • Leren hoe plannen, eisen, kwaliteit, voortgang en risico’s elkaar beïnvloeden.
  • Inzicht krijgen in informatieopbouw, informatiegebruik en besluitvorming binnen projectteams.
  • Ondersteunen bij analyses, voorbereiden van overlegmomenten en opvolgen van acties.
  • Deelnemen aan casestudy’s en praktijkvoorbeelden rond projectbeheersing.
  • Geleidelijk meedraaien in de dagelijkse werking van projectteams.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Leergierig en proactief ingesteld.
  • Affiniteit met de bouwwereld of civiele techniek.
  • Bereid om actief mee te werken aan een grootschalig project.
  • Dagelijks beschikbaar om je te verplaatsen naar Antwerpen‑Noord (Merksem).
  • Teamgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Beschikbaar om te starten in het najaar.
