Wil jij jouw carrière starten op het snijvlak van techniek, logistiek en projectmanagement? Als Trainee Projectcoördinator in regio Eindhoven werk je mee aan logistieke oplossingen voor de luchtvaart. Je leert projecten coördineren, bewaakt de voortgang en groeit stap voor stap naar zelfstandig projectmanagement. Wat ga je doen? Tijdens het Traineeship Projectcoördinator werk je bij onze opdrachtgever aan technische projecten voor de luchtvaartsector. De organisatie ontwikkelt en realiseert logistieke oplossingen waarmee processen rondom vliegtuigmaatschappijen efficiënt en betrouwbaar kunnen verlopen. Jij leert hoe zo'n oplossing van aanvraag en ontwerp naar realisatie en oplevering gaat. Binnen projecten zorg je ervoor dat techniek, planning en organisatie goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je houdt de voortgang in de gaten, volgt openstaande acties en stemt af met collega's uit bijvoorbeeld engineering, productie, supply chain en operations. Ook heb je contact met andere betrokken partijen binnen een project. Hierdoor krijg je snel inzicht in het volledige projectproces. Tijdens het traineeship krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je leert planningen opstellen en bewaken, risico's herkennen en knelpunten oplossen. Daarnaast kijk je naar mogelijkheden om project- en logistieke processen slimmer in te richten. Zo ontwikkel je zowel jouw technische kennis als vaardigheden op het gebied van projectcoördinatie en projectmanagement. Jouw werkzaamheden - Ondersteunen bij het voorbereiden en coördineren van technische projecten; - Opstellen, bijhouden en bewaken van projectplanningen en deadlines; - Afstemmen met engineering, productie, supply chain en andere betrokken partijen; - Bewaken van acties, afspraken en de voortgang binnen projecten; - Signaleren van technische en organisatorische knelpunten en ondersteunen bij oplossingen; - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van projectoverleggen; - Coördineren van werkzaamheden richting realisatie en oplevering; - Meedenken over he.
