Wil jij invloed hebben op de gebouwen en woongebieden van morgen? In het Traineeship Projectontwikkeling Bouw ontdek je hoe een bouwidee uitgroeit tot een haalbaar project. Je ontwikkelt kennis van techniek, financiën, duurzaamheid en projectmanagement. Wat ga je doen? In het Traineeship Projectontwikkeling Bouw leer je voor onze opdrachtgever het volledige ontwikkelproces kennen. Je ondersteunt projectontwikkelaars bij woningbouw- en utiliteitsbouwprojecten, van het eerste initiatief tot de realisatie en verkoop. Je onderzoekt locaties, grondposities en bestaand vastgoed om de mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling te bepalen. Daarbij verzamel je informatie over bouwkosten, opbrengsten, regelgeving, duurzaamheid en de wensen van toekomstige gebruikers. Ook help je bij het opstellen van haalbaarheidsanalyses, projectplanningen en financiële businesscases. Tijdens het traineeship onderhoud je contact met gemeenten, architecten, aannemers, adviseurs en investeerders. Je bereidt overleggen voor, verwerkt afspraken en bewaakt acties binnen verschillende projectfasen. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij vergunningstrajecten, aanbestedingen en de beoordeling van ontwerpen. Je leert commerciële kansen herkennen en houdt rekening met technische, juridische en financiële risico’s. Zo groei je stap voor stap naar een zelfstandige functie binnen projectontwikkeling en projectmanagement in de bouw. Jouw werkzaamheden Locaties, grondposities en bestaand vastgoed onderzoeken op ontwikkelmogelijkheden; Haalbaarheidsanalyses, projectplanningen en financiële businesscases voorbereiden; Marktinformatie verzamelen over woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en gebiedsontwikkeling; Contact onderhouden met gemeenten, architecten, aannemers, adviseurs en investeerders; Vergunningstrajecten, aanbestedingen en contractstukken ondersteunen; Bouwkosten, opbrengsten, risico’s en projectresultaten helpen bewaken; Ontwerpen en projectvoorstellen beoordelen op kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en haalbaarheid; Vergaderingen voor.
