Wir freuen uns auf ein neues Teammitglied (m/w/d) im Bereich 1 Traineeship Research & Development Arbeitsort Wöllersdorf Vollzeit Ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei internen und externen Versuchen (Auf- und Abbau bei Crashtests mit realen Fahrzeugen) und Begleitung von Prototypenproduktionen

* Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung des gesamten Teams zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der R&D-Prozesse

* Erstellung und Pflege von Abteilungsdokumenten, Dokumentationen sowie Verwaltung von Normen und Richtlinien

* Dokumentation (Foto und Video) von Versuchen und Datenaufbereitung für die Analyse

* Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und Präsentationen sowie Mitwirkung am Reporting

Das bringst du mit

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Uni)

* Erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, idealerweise CAD-Grundkenntnisse

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und versierter Umgang mit digitalen Tools

* Ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, körperlich anzupacken

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30%) und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch

* Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte, genaue und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Offene Persönlichkeit und Freude an Teamarbeit sowie internationaler Zusammenarbeit
