Als trainee word je in no-time opgeleid tot salarisadministrateur met een professioneel leertraject in onze eigen Academy, met aandacht voor jouw individuele proces wat past bij jouw tempo en achtergrond. Omdat we trainees intensief begeleiden, is er maar een beperkt aantal plekken beschikbaar. Wat doe je als salarisadministrateur? Ben je onmisbaar, door jou betalen onze klanten hun salarissen goed en op tijd uit! Je verzamelt, verwerkt en controleert gegevens en eenmaal als volwaardig HR & Payroll specialist, ben je hèt aanspreekpunt voor vragen over bijvoorbeeld een nieuwe leaseauto, pensioenafdrachten en bonusregelingen. Als dé AFAS-specialist op gebied van HR & Payroll zijn we altijd bezig met procesoptimalisatie en adviseren we klanten hoe het nog beter kan, hiermee stellen wij hen in staat de beste werkgever te zijn. Ook daarin ga jij meedenken. Kortom, een interessante en uitdagende baan met veel mogelijkheden in de toekomst. Je werkt in een fijn team van professionals en er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling en inbreng van verbetervoorstellen waar ook echt iets mee gedaan wordt. Er is veel waardering en we vieren mijlpalen en successen met elkaar! Het traineeship Periode 1(+/- 6 weken) In deze periode ga jij samen met je medetrainees per leerdoel direct voor de klant aan de slag! Je start direct met één van de belangrijkste onderdelen: de opleiding Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) welke wij geven in onze trainingsruimte van de Salure Academy (in Gouda).
