Traineeship Supply Chain Venlo - 2900 - 3650 - 40 - HBO €10.000 euro opleidingsbudget Doorgroeimogelijkheden 40 per week wie ben jij? - Een afgeronde HBO- opleiding; - Affiniteit met Supply Chain & Logistiek; - Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse- als de Engelse taal; wat ga je doen? Het 2-jarige traineeship is uitdagend en vol kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Er wordt gewerkt aan een nieuwe laag binnen het bedrijf en daar kan jij bij zijn! Kortom de juiste tijd om werkzaam te zijn binnen deze firma. Het programma brengt HBO starters in sleutelfuncties, en zorgt ervoor dat er een nieuw management team ontstaat. Er zijn initiële rollen als Voorraadmanager en Logistics Engineer / Procesverbeteraar. Na ca. 6 - 9 maanden wordt jou een nieuwe rol binnen een nieuwe afdeling aangeboden, de exacte periode is afhankelijk van de specifieke afdeling waar je op terecht zal komen en van de bezetting op dat moment binnen het specifieke team. Tijdens het traject wordt je klaargestoomd om volledig zelf aan de slag te gaan en uiteindelijk een serieuze bijdrage te leveren aan het specifieke proces en coördinatie daarvan. Als je hier aan jouw carrière start wordt je gelijk blootgesteld aan een hoop informatie die je de rest van jouw carrière kan blijven gebruiken. Je wordt all-round klaargestoomd om jezelf zo volledig mogelijk te ontwikkelen. waar ga je werken? Bij onze opdrachtgever (een producent) in omgeving groot Breda, bieden wij een plek aan als Supply Chain Trainee. Een rol waarin er binnen 2 jaar ontzettend veel tijd en kennis in jou geïnvesteerd wordt én waarin je binnen 2 jaar op 3 verschillende afdelingen zal mee lopen. De Brabantse sfeer is dan ook zeker te proeven op kantoor.
