Ons aanbod - Een salaris van € 3.500 tot € 4.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 8% vakantiegeld; - 27 vakantiedagen én 13 adv-dagen op jaarbasis; - Leaseauto, laptop en telefoonabonnement; - Dagelijkse lunch verzorgd vanuit de eigen kantine; - Vrijdagmiddagborrel en bedrijfsevents door het jaar heen; - Werken voor grote internationale klanten aan een grote verscheidenheid aan projecten. Wat ga je doen als Traineeship Techniek - Complexe technische projecten leiden en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het eindresultaat; - Optimalisaties doorvoeren in het machinebouwproces en innovaties op de werkvloer uitrollen; - Teams aansturen en schakelen tussen monteurs, engineers en klanten; - Strategische vraagstukken oppakken op het raakvlak van procesoptimalisatie en supply chain analyse; - Doorgroeien naar een rol op directieniveau binnen enkele jaren. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Traineeship Techniek - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een technische/bedrijfskundige/logistieke richting; - 0 tot 4 jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische of productieomgeving; - Analytisch sterk en tegelijk een echte doener die blijft totdat het af is; - Je bent gedreven, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hebt een passie voor techniek en ondernemen.
