Bij succesvolle afronding ontvang je een post-hbo-diploma en bouw je een stevige basis voor een bloeiende carrière. Daarnaast word je onderdeel van het Building Talent-team, een groep enthousiaste professionals die samen leren, netwerken en successen vieren. Om je optimaal te ondersteunen, krijg je zowel een mentor binnen het bedrijf als een Talent Coach die jouw voortgang bewaakt en je helpt bij je ontwikkeling. Bovendien volg je een uitgebreid trainingsprogramma gericht op soft skills, zoals effectief samenwerken, leiderschap en projectmanagement. Tijdens externe trainingsdagen werk je samen met andere deelnemers aan jouw persoonlijke en professionele groei. Functie inhoud In deze functie start je als werkvoorbereider en ondersteun je een senior werkvoorbereider bij diverse nieuwbouwprojecten. Je werkt aan zowel grondgebonden woningen als gestapelde woningbouw, waarbij duurzaamheid een belangrijk thema is. Tijdens het eerste jaar ligt de focus op het leren van de processen en het ontwikkelen van een brede basis binnen de werkvoorbereiding. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen bij de inkoop van materialen en het opvragen van offertes - Meedenken over de engineering en technische uitwerking van projecten - Opstellen...
