Wanneer een afdeling je zo aanspreekt dat je er je vaste uitvalsbasis van wilt maken, dan bekijken we samen hoe we dit zo snel mogelijk kunnen realiseren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Wat je doet, doe je voor onze patiënten. Jij staat elke dag in voor het brede scala van attente en professionele zorg, op maat van de patiënt. Onze patiënten voelen zich bij jou in goede handen.
  • Wat je doet, doe je niet alleen. Een multidisciplinair team van topcollega’s staat dag en nacht klaar om dit samen met jou te doen.
  • Wat je doet, doe je binnen een professionele omgeving. Hiertoe voorzien we de nodige ondersteuning en opleiding. We vinden het belangrijk dat jij de nodige tools in handen hebt om deskundige, veilige zorg te kunnen bieden, ons keurmerk.
  • Afhankelijk van je interesses, kan je ook deelnemen aan projecten of interne werkgroepen. We appreciëren jouw inbreng!
  • We voorzien in begeleiding én coaching op maat. Je hebt (een) vast aanspreekpunt(en), over de verschillende afdelingen heen. De hoofdverpleegkundige of een collega op de afdeling waar je actief bent, ondersteunt je in je dagdagelijkse taken. En jij? Jij kan naar hartenlust groeien in deze functie. Daar zorgen we voor!

Wie zoeken we?

  • Een enthousiaste verpleegkundige met een bachelor of HBO5-diploma die mee zijn/haar schouders zet onder het verlenen van warme zorg binnen verschillende afdelingen.
  • Iemand die leergierig is en zich vlot inwerkt in het reilen en zeilen van een afdeling. We zetten je hierbij natuurlijk op weg.
  • Nieuwe collega’s leren kennen vind je boeiend en afwisseling geeft je energie. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar met oog voor de verschillende disciplines. Vlot samenwerken met hen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Nieuwsgierig en gezond kritisch naar dingen kijken, kenmerkt jou. Je zorgt, in tandem met de zorgmanager, voor kruisbestuiving van mooie praktijken over de verschillende afdelingen heen.
  • Ben je pas afgestudeerd of studeer je binnenkort af? Hartelijk welkom! Wij zorgen voor ondersteuning en opleiding op maat van jouw behoeftes.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een contract onbepaalde duur voor een tewerkstellingsbreuk van 80% of 100%
  • Verloning volgens de ziekenhuisbarema IFIC (PC 330) met overname van relevante anciënniteit
  • Maaltijdcheques van €3,50/gewerkte dag
