During the two-day Agile Bidding training, you learn to conduct European procurement in a short-cycle and agile manner: in ten working days from market research to preliminary award, broken down into short sprints with fixed decision-making moments. The approach is based on the method developed by Supply Value for accelerated procurement and is intended for buyers and consultants at contracting authorities. You train at the source: the trainers implement the approach themselves for public contracting authorities. Why this training Procurement has a reputation as a slow, cumbersome process. That doesn't have to be the case: those who break the process down into short sprints with clear decision-making moments maintain speed, flexibility, and support. This is exactly what agile working has already taught the rest of your organization. This training translates that agile thinking into the procurement practice. Our e-material provides you with a fresh legal basis beforehand; in the classroom, you work sprint by sprint on your own upcoming procurement project.
